How to create service areas

Requirements before getting started: 

• User must have the privilege to manage service areas. To make this change, please read the tutorial "How to edit user privileges."

1. Log in to your Q Ware application and navigate to System -> Service Areas.

2. From the service area management interface, click the red create button at the bottom right hand side of the screen.

3. Complete each step of the service area create form. Make sure to fill in all required fields. Service areas require a name and associated users that are able to select the service area when creating work orders. One service area can be set as the primary which will become the default selection when creating work orders.

4. When complete, click submit to create the service area and return to the service area management interface.
