I just wanted to share my experience with the latest version of Q ware that we recently received. Many users are having issues being able to navigate the new program to enter work orders and my personal opinion is that it is not user friendly. The last version we had was much more easy for all to use and navigate.

Thank you for responding! One of the biggest problems is in selecting the location within a building. It appears as though a selection should be made by checking a box on the right hand side of the screen, when in actuality you have to click the drop down arrows on the left hand side until the final area can then be selected by checking the box. Many users are just seeing the box and do not know that the drop down arrow is even there or needs to be clicked on, which does not allow them to get to the next screen.

Thanks, Daryl, for providing a clear example. We understand that requiring users to select the lowest-level location can be frustrating. We’re working on a small user interface update that will make it more intuitive for users to understand how location selection works when this rule is enforced.
I’m also glad to see you using the Q Ware Support Community Forum. Our support and development teams will be much more active here moving forward. We’re eager to hear about the enhancements you—and other users—would like to see in the application.
